• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional periods.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if applicable).

• Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

• Kinma International will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

• In case of lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

7. Damaged Package

• If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it if visibly damaged.

• If accepted and found damaged inside, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details for resolution.

8. International Shipping
