🔁 Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kinma International. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and unopened.

  • The product is in its original packaging with seal intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal juices and capsules cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased under special discounts or clearance sales

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at kinmainternational@gmail.com

  2. Mention your Order ID, product name, and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details may be required).


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


7. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may not be refundable.
